On the right side of the scale we have Yang food, starting from just a little bit Yang to extreme Yang:

Fish, poultry, cheese, red meat, miso and tamari, eggs and salt.

As most animal food (except fish) is plenty of antibiotics and other chemicals AND produces too much mucus in the body, it is better to have a little bit of extreme Yang than a lot of less extreme Yang.
