How to take care of your brain? The condition of your brain is closely related to the health of your kidneys, as the kidneys are the origin of the marrow and of the blood circulation, both very important for your brain, so watch your kidneys and keep them warm.

Face: Press both tai yang at the temples, the sunken points beside the corners of the eyes.
