Day 15: 30st January 2010 ; Elimination

This was my tongue on the first day of my diet so on 16th January 2010; a normal, healthy tongue.

The first 10 days of my diet, I got  a bad taste in my mouth only  in the morning, now it is almost the whole day, so I took another picture of my tongue today and look:

my tongue is covered with a white slimy substance, probably orginating in the liver.
