Day 16: 31st January 2010

By gee - Posted on 31 January 2010

Yesterday evening I had a craving for salt, and as I see my general condition still as Yin, I allowed my self to put a bit of salt on my rice. This morning I even had a umeboshi before  my breakfast and this afternoon, I sneeked to the fridge and put my finger in the miso and put a bit raw miso in my mouth.

That is why I decided to stop a few days with Rejuvelac, and I only will drink it, when I have cravings.Probably the bit of lemon juice that I put in the Rejuvelac, makes it too Yin to drink it during a Number Seven Diet. I will replace the Rejuvelac with  normal water and of course, GABA brown rice milk.

I am still losing weight, I am still feeling excellent, and I am in the half of my Number Seven today. This 28 day diet made me also conscious about something: I should not only diet one time  a year, I should  watch every day my food more carefully. It is more healthy, more ecological, more economical and more sustainable ( Do I get wiser, or what??)

So 2010 is a good year to start, what about you?

I do have emotional cravings: seafood pizza and tiger prawn  BBQ, but I can resist; I think the first day my Number Seven is over, I will indulge myself in kilograms of pickled cabbage .
