Day 17: 1st February 2010

By gee - Posted on 01 February 2010

I am down to 67kg today from 71, just 5 days ago, not bad.  3 Years ago, my polo's were XL, now I fit in an S, and I still can not believe that people think that food and health are not related.
But I agree that positive thinking, and living in the attitude of gratitude, is also very important: you can eat healthy as much as you want, if you think negative, you will attract disease.

Since 5 days I feel like a fire in me, it is a positive feeling, I think it is my imune system that finally gets  full approval to destroy everything that needs to be destroyed.

After my diet, I will feel great of course, but probably I will look worse than before:
as I lost weight some weight loss  will show in my face and it will accentuate the bags under my eyes (Kidneys) and the lines on my cheeks (Large Intestine), so what can I do about that?
Facial gymnastics: make funny faces, yes, indeed, look into the mirror and let those facial muscles work, your eyes, your nose, your mouth.
After a session of funny faces, start massaging your face: your eyes, just above your eyes, just under your eyes, both sides of  your nose, your upperlip, your underlip, the jawbone, the temples, the cheeks and of course, your scalp, as there are a lot of accupuncture points and those need some stimulation from time to time.
And last but not least, your ears; first start kneeding the outer ring and the lobes, then the inner ring and when that is finished, put your index finger inside your ear and give the inside a good massage. When that is finished, put your left palm over your right ear, and with your right fist, knock on your left palm, and when that is done, do your left ear. Those are some of the Do-Inn exercises I wrote about before, they not only keeps your face young, but also keeps your mind sharp.
