I drank a glas of GABA rice milk as breakfast (click here if you do not know what GABA is, or here if you want to learn how to make rice milk). To improve digestion, please do not just swallow your drinks, but chew them, so that your saliva can mix with the liquid.
Lunch same as yesterday, but with baked mushrooms and baked tempeh.
Dinner pickled cabbage, GABA rice and cooked pumkin.
In between I drink Rejuvelac, made from GABA rice, but remember, never drink just before, during and after your meals, as you do not want to diluate the digestive juices in your guts.
And when on a diet, avoid cold and warm food, it should be at body temperature, much easier to chew.
For my alfha training, my first session went better than yesterday, it was easier to concentrate, so after 15 minutes I was close to the alpha level.
How does it work?
You close your eyes, look 20 degrees up and counting down from 100 to 1, while relaxing your body, more and more. Once you are at 1, you visualize a big projection screen, about 6 feet in front of you. On this screen you project what you wish for your future, you try to see it, smell it, feel it, taste it, manifest it.
After 15 minutes ( I always put my timer) you count from 1 to 5, and between every number, you tell yourself: "In every way, every day, I feel better, better and better" and at 5 , you open your eyes.
My enema worked well, thank you. This time I managed to enter 750 cc, but I think that is the maximum for me, as when I got up, I had like the start of a vomiting reflex. And again only water came out, so this means I am cleaner inside than I thought.
This morning I had a slight pain in my right hand, in the evening, I went to bed at 22.00 but woke up at 22.30. This is probably normal: I will give it a week, before I will sleep normal, for me that is from 22.00 to 06.00.
Yesterday I forgot to mention: my weight is 71 kilogram (169 cm high), so I estimate that I will loose 5 kilogram in the next 28 days.
