Day 4: 19th January 2010: Part III: Enemas and Thai Massage
Good news, I lost again 1 kg, I am now at 70.
The trick for a good diet: listen to your body. If your body screams to slow down, just slow down, probably the diet you follow is too strict for you. I like it when my body screams a little bit, it means that I am on the right track, but I never go too extreme.
As breakfast I had one glas of GABA rice milk, and after that, I took one tea spoon of sesame oil. At 09 am I took a garlic enema, I will give all "recipes" later; the one today was made from cooked garlic, and I did not feel the difference with the water enemas. In 2 days I will do one with raw garlic, so probably there I will have more effect.
As last enema I will try a probiotic enema: as normally the probiotic is with life culture (e.g. yoghurt) I will do it with the juice of my pickles.
I cancelled the coffee enema: I think that is too strong for "my taste"
.
I am still not convinced about the necessity of enemas, for people who eat healthfood, I mean.
For people who eat SAD (Standard American Diet), they rather should change their diet than have enemas, and then I admit: they should first have an enema, before they change their diet: get rid of the old, welcome the new!
I just came back from my Thai massage session: I always take the same massage therapist, Miss Dao, as she knows my body and my moods, and she can handle both. Today she spend a lot on my stomach area and on the Large Intestin points on my shoulders: she is very intuitive, as I did not tell her anything. I booked her again for a 90 minutes session next Tuesday.
I remember, when I studied TTM, Thai Traditional Massage, I lost 5 kilo (10 pound) in the first week, as I was massaged by a young UK guy who worked really hard on me.
Toodeloo!
