Day 6: 21st January 2010: Part ll: Good Afternoon

By gee - Posted on 21 January 2010

Everything is going fine, thanks , I do my exercises, and Bryan from Raitong Organics Farm came along to bring me again 10 kilo of his brown GABA rice, and he brought me a present, a sample of a new product, not yet on the market, and they are the first to have it in Thailand: brown GABA Green Tea Rice! This is like the "normal" GABA rice, but soaked in green tea in stead of water, before the drying process. What a pity that I just cooked a big pot of rice, now I have to wait a week before I can try this one . It does not have the scent of GABA rice as the green tea stops most of the active bacteria during the soaking process; again another product that excites me a lot, and of course I will write about it next week.

When he left I went to buy more vegetables to make long term pickles: my first batch, that I made 17th January looks so yummy, that I want to eat it right now, all 3 kilograms, but I have to wait another 3 weeks at least before I can touch it:  yes, indeed, pickling is building up character.
It took me about half an hour to prepare the pickles and then it was time for my next "event".
Today was the day of the raw garlic enema. The recipe I will give later, I am now writing an article on the techniques and positions first,  which I will publish soon, but you will have to wait another week for the recipes.
Indeed, it felt different as the previous enemas, not better, not worse, a bit warm/burning inside, but the result was the same, only water came out, that is because I dont have parasites, as I eat mostly cooked food.

I have to say, since I am on a diet, I organize my life much better: I clean much more, I am throwing old stuff, that I dont need anymore away; it is not only an intern cleansing process, also my appartment gets a make-over .
