Day 7: 22 January 2010: Part ll: Hot News
Today 22 January 2010 at 10:39 local time:
Finally the perfect stool!! For the first time in months and this after only 7 days of strict macrobiotic diet: it is like having a baby ... not the pain,I mean , but the joy
.
This means that my liver was upset the last months, too much partying probably, but now he is reset. First the kidneys, now the liver, tomorrow I start to clean the lungs.
As from now, all things will go better and sure I am ready for the Number Seven now, the Warp Diet
.
Another good news is that my friend Serge was so generous to let me use his villa in Hua Hin for 2 weeks, so on the last day of my Number Seven, I go to Hua Hin, a nice small city, at the Golf of Siam, 3 bedroom, big living room, and most important of all: a kitchen!
And of course, I do not deny: the private swimming pool is an additional bonus
.
Perhaps a bit about my origin, as some of you know that I am a macrobiotic for more than 30 years, and so you will ask yourself , why should Gee go on a diet?
I started with macrobiotics in 1977, and ate very strict the first 10 years, but then I went more flexible, and as I am Belgian, it became macrobiotics with a beer on the side. And since I moved to Thailand 3 years ago, it became macrobiotics with a beer on the side and a lot of chili on the other side, so too Yin, even for a Yang climate as here, that is the reason why I wanted to push my reset button, and it works.
Cu tomorrow people!
