Day 8: 23rd January 2010

By gee - Posted on 23 January 2010

Sorry, I am writing so late as.......I woke up this morning at 09.30 am!!
Yesterday I decided to go to bed later than normal, because when I go to bed early, and wake up  at 4 am, I am not sure if I wake up because I had enough of sleep or because it is the hour of the liver.
So now I slept through the hour of the liver,  for me it was just a double check that the liver is OK.

I decided to stop with enemas, as I think I proved my point:
if you really need one, you better first decide to change your diet to a diet with 50% whole grains and then you go to see your doctor for a colonic, which is in your case much better than an enema.
The best "enema" is eating whole grains, as the fibres will do the internal cleansing every day. So better stop with unhealthy foods, like meat, cheese, better stop all animal products for a while till you feel 100%. Sometimes people will need a colonic, even after  eating healthy for a few months, as the intestines are obstructed with fecal matter and plaque, thus the intestine can not absorb the healthy food  the patient is eating.

Still 2 days to go before I start my Number Seven diet; this diet is the highest form of food  that humans can take;
only brown rice and water during 10 days. I have to take some decisions this year, about what I will do in the years to come. I will take those decisions at the end of my Number Seven, because my judgement will also be at the seventh level at that moment.
Another thing: I know a lot of people, who think they eat health food, or even macrobiotic, and they are not healthy at all:
what is the reason for this? Probably they do not understand the priorities, or they make too many times a bad food choice.
Of course you need to be flexible, but for example, eating out twice a week is asking for problems. The cook of the restaurant where you go, even if it is a health food restaurant, does not care about your health as much as you do; in 99% of the cases he even does not know you. The only thing that matters is that the restaurant is full every day.
So he uses too much salt (salt is Yang, so it attract things, like customers, money etc...) and his food is not tailor made.
I even know some macrobiotic people that do not know how to cook!!! That is like a baby that does not know how to breath. Cooking is not just a skill, it is the highest level of medical treatment a person can give and receive.
But first you have to discover your food compass, more about that later.
