Day 9: 24 January 2010
Yesterday I went to sleep at 21.30, and I woke up this morning at 07.30.
I recorded my second alpha training session, the one I have to play for the next 10 days, 3 times a day for 15 minutes. The first 10 days of my alpha training were like a bumpy road, but that is normal: the mind do not like to be controlled. But I feel that I can concentrate better now, so every step in the good direction is a gain.
I wrote about the mechanism of healing a while ago, and now I need to apply this to myself.
As I am in detox, the toxicity of my blood is lower than the toxicity of the surrounding tissue, so I have to drow the toxins out into my blood stream
1) by eating healthy food
2) by exercise (power exercises and stretching)
3) by cracking my joints
Cracking joints I would never do in December as too many parties that month and when you party, the toxicity of your blood is higher that the toxicity of the surrounding tissue, that means that the toxins will go into your joints and create the beginning of arthritis and other joint diseases, or they go into your tissue and create cancers on the long term.
There are two things that helped me a lot in the last 9 days: Rejuvelac and the seaweed crackers .
Rejuvelac seems to eliminate most of the cravings, and the seaweed crackers have so much nutritional value, that I use it as a kind of healthy comfort food.
Luckily the Rejuvelac I still can take next week when I start my Number Seven diet, but I have to say goodbye to the seaweed crackers for 10 days, what a pitty.
