UncheeseBoursin is a creme cheese with a lot of herbs and here is how you can make it the vegan way .

Take 1 cup of white beans , soak them overnight and cook them.

Place them in food processor, together with:

2 table spoons of sesame oil

2 table spoons of umeboshi plum paste

2 tea spoons of dried basil

1 tea spoon of dried marjoram

1 tea spoon of dried thyme

1 tea spoon of crushed fresh garlic

1/2 tea spoon of ginger

1/4  tea spoon of ground rosemary

Blend everything smootly and put in the fridge to allow the flavours to blend.

You can keep this in the fridge for about 10 days.

This is a recipe from "The Ultimate Uncheese cookbook" but slightly adapted to make it more healthy and more tasty.
