GMO or when science goes too far...

By gee - Posted on 11 September 2009

GMOAn organic Rice Art Sculpture was recently unveiled in Ratchaburi province in Thailand’s Central Planes to honor rice production in Thailand while at the same time Greenpeace was reminding the Thai Government to protect the country’s most important food crop from the threat of genetic engineering.

Why are people against GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms)? If only one plant is altered genetically, within a few year the whole gene base of this species can be contaminated, it can not be stopped by borders, nor by men.

GMO is on the same level as cel cloning and the research for antimatter; what you dont know 100%, you do not play with.

I was amazed and very scared when one of the "scientists" of the CERN in Geneva declared on national TV to the reporter that they did not know what would happen after the expirement to try to create antimatter.

GMO, cel cloning and the research of antimatter  is playing with the safety of our food, of the human race and of our planet.
