A healthy Lunch Box

By gee - Posted on 16 November 2009

It is not easy to go to work or to school with a healthy lunch box, as people always look at the food you eat, and ask questions about it.

Last weekend I had a day trip with some people who do not eat health food, so I made  me some wraps with spring roll pastry.

LunchIt is easier to make than sushi : here I used slightly cooked vegetables, baked tempeh, pickled vegetables, brown rice, sesame and flax seed but of course you can use whatever you find in your fridge. You also can add a bit sauce, just do not make it too liquid.

For kids, you also can make dessert wraps, with baked apple with cinnamon and sesame butter, sunflower kernels, pumkin seeds etc..

The best is to make it the day before, put it in the fridge one night without cover.

Bon appetit!

Will try it instead of skipping lunch at office and eat only some fruits.

Indeed Sukhon, next week I have to work 2 days out of my house, so I will make this kind of wrap again, so I don not have to eat in a restaurant, and I can have my own healthy food.
