We are exited to offer you all the detailed program for the 10th Macrobiotic European Summer Conference.

August 2 - 14, the world’s most international macrobiotic conference. The program offers you many interesting and informative classes on all aspects of the macrobiotic lifestyle. The lectures and workshops will help you to recreate your health, expand your understanding of macrobiotics, relax and make many new friends from all over the world.

This year’s program also provides sound, practical information on modern day challenges. A variety of classes are designed to give you the tools to make the best decisions for yourself and your family using macrobiotic health techniques.

The beautiful, comfortable Conference Center and its natural Dutch surroundings of woods, fields, picturesque villages and towns will contribute to a wonderful stay.

Day to Day Schedule

An overview of the exciting daily program, from early morning break dancing, insightful lectures, colourful cooking classes right through to late night moonlight walks or ginger compresses. The menu for each day is also included, with dishes inspired by international flavours and styles to get the taste-buds working!
