Rice Burgers
Rice burgers are healthy and easy to make; just take some brown rice, and a spoon of miso, fry an onion with some garlic and ginger untill the onion is transparant, add the mix to the rice, add some thyme, soy sauce and blend well with a pestle, till in becomes one paste.
Make 2 burgers, roll them in bread crumbs and bake them.
In the begin do not put a lid on the pan, as the humidity has to evaporate.
Bake them first both sides and then , on a low fire put a lid and bake another 10 minutes.
