HomeMateI was asked to write a rice milk recipe: how you make rice milk depends solely on your milk maker.
I use the soy milk maker from HomeMate, the D 54902. It is a very practical, simple and robust machine.
First I soak 80 grams (2,8 ounces) rice overnight (I use brown GABA rice), and put the rice together with 1,7 liter of water in my D 54902.
This milk maker has 3 positions: full bean, 5 cereals and mung bean. As I never make bean milk, I always use the position 5 cereals.

I switch the machine on, first there is a silent period, when the machine is warming up. Afterwards there is a noisy period, when the machine is grinding. After about 15 minutes, I have almost 2 liter of delicious rice milk. HomeMate suggest you sift it, but I never do this, as I like my milk more creamy.

I use this milk as an easy solution for breakfast, but also in desserts, like in my (r)icecream , and  in sauces.

Soy milk makers are very available, all over the planet, but if you do not have one, by warming the rice and water till 80 centigrades for 15 minutes, and blending it, you should have a similar result.

If you want to buy a soy milk maker, we have the SoyQuick Automatic Soy Milk Maker SDZ-4 in our store.
