Yin Yang Two

Last week I wrote about the Yin Yang relationship but of course nobody lives in perfect balance. In theory , perfect balance should be eating 25% Yin and 25% Yang on this scale, but of course, that is only theory.
For men, it can be 25% Yin and 50% Yang, for women 50% Yin , 25% Yang.
If a man lives a single life by choice (e.g. monks) eating 25% Yin and 30% Yang should be ideal.
If you get older, and have less physical and more spiritual activity, you can add more Yin.
In summertime, add more Yin, in wintertime add more Yang.
When you live on the Northpole, fish (Yang) can be a daily option, but if you live in the tropics, a vegan life style (Yin) will be more appropriate.
