First of all we have to understand that what is meaning of healthy. Healthy means one should be fit with body as well as mind both. Nutritional food, go for vacation these things are definitely help you no doubt. But these all are temporary not permanent.
If you really want to get peace and harmony then one should do two things in daily life and that are exercise and meditation. concentrate more meditation because 80% body problem arises your mind only so healthy mind is very essential things and it is possible only through meditation.

It's taken me a long time to feel like I'm living a happy and healthy life because the trick for me wasn't simply eating healthy, exercising, and meditating. Although, all 3 of those tips have helped tremendously the life change I really started to feel came when I quit drinking alcohol all together. I never had a problem or anything but that was something I didn't even realize was holding me down. I'd only have an occasional glass of wine or beer when I needed to take the edge off. However, now I do things like paint, draw a bath, listen to music, or go for another run. It's really changed my life.
It is pretty hard to be healthy sometimes. It's been hard for me to find time to exercise, and it's been hard for me to have time to prepare healthy food, but I'm doing alright. I'm not the most fit guy ever, but I've kept myself pretty good by running in the mornings and not eating too much garbage food. It's tough for someone that's going to college full time, and working 2 jobs, and is recently married, to find time to exercise, but it's been worth it.
