How to live longer and enjoy healthy aging by exercising? Regular activity increases fitness and healthy aging, but also has been shown to help us live longer – increasing our lifespan by three to five years. Exercise reduces our abdominal fat levels and assists with weight control, but also improves the proportion of muscle tissue to fat – a change that reverses the effect of aging. Exercise is one of the best methods of slowing down aging. It won’t cause ‘anti-aging’, but nothing can reverse our aging process! We need to accept that we aren’t ageless and instead focus on healthy living and healthy aging. This means doing regular exercise. what do you say friends..???


I want to know that is it necessary to take supplement with exercise? Because my fitness trainer has suggest me to take whey protein isolate with exercise to build my muscles......

I am 56, and my doctor says my biological age is 45 and I still can improve till 40 years by eating healthy and do light exercise. So every morning I run 1 kilometer and I eat mostly vegan healthy food, no processed food, no animal food, and only food that I can make myself.
I am 66 and jog or run on a treadmill daily. My doctor says I am in perfect shape except for the wrinkles. Yes, exercise is a great plus to living longer and healthier.
I am a real dead-mouth so while i think that is a fab idea, i don’t want to write one, i’d rather read. I do think that is a kind idea. But I love it! Thanks and Truly.
