The story: In 2008 Steve, Livia, Olga and Zdenka, SLOZ in short, discussed the problem of taking vacations without having able to eat macrobiotic /quality vegetarian food. After a couple of get togethers in Prague and Budapest the decision was made and the SLOZ team started to make steps to organize a macrobiotic cruise on the Adriatic Sea, in Croatia for friends of common nutritional interests and concerns. The 2009 cruise was a great success, so the SLOZ decided to do it again in 2010.Read more

I would like to tell you about a macrobiotic cruise holiday that I organize together with my friends. We know each other from the Kushi Institute in the Netherlands. Because of the usual problem of taking vacations without being able to eat good quality macrobiotic food, we agreed to organize a small cruise on the Adriatic Sea in Croatia for our friends with common interests.Read more
