Fasting

Fasting should NEVER be done without consulting a health practitioner. Also, it is never good for children.

Having said that, there are many types of fasting:

  • Cereal fasting (only cooked cereals and water for 10 days)
  • Water fasting (only a certain amount of warm water for a number of days)
  • Juice fasting (only vegetable and fruit juices for a number of days)

All fasting is done to eliminate toxins from our body.
