Yin food

On the left side of the scale we have Yin food, starting from just a little bit Yin to extreme Yin: beans and sea vegetables, roots and winter squash, leafy greens and seeds, local fruits and nuts, potato and tomato, tropical fruit, butter and oil, honey and spices, sugar and coffee, alcohol and chemicals.
The healthier you want to be, the more you have to avoid extreme Yin. If you live in a temperate climate, you should stop at the local fruits and nuts for most of your Yin input.

Once upon a time in the Universe, 13.75 billion years ago something happened out of the blue.
The Big Bang created space, time, matter, spirit and the two energies: the centripetal energy (Yang) and the centrifugal energy (Yin). The sole intention of these energies and the balance between them is to make things grow, evolve, make whole, heal.
